Refund and Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days from product purchase. Items that were purchased more than 30 days ago are not eligible for return.
In addition, the items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. This includes being in their original packaging.
In some cases we may be able to grant a partial refund. These could be situations where…
- The item has obvious signs of use
- The item has has damage or is missing pieces* due to manufacturing error
- The item is returned more than 30 days after purchase
*In cases where there are missing pieces or damage due to manufacturing error, please let us know and we can see what we can do.

Be sure to write your full name and order number on the parcel so that we know who to contact.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will contact you via email to advise of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Refunding Sale Items
We are unable to accept returns of sale items. Only full priced items are eligible for any sort of refund.
